Common use of Child Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate Treatment Clause in Contracts

Child Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate Treatment. For treatment of a child under the age of 18 who has a cleft lip or cleft palate, Health Care Services for child cleft lip and cleft palate, including medical, dental, speech therapy, audiology, and nutrition services are covered. See also Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies in Part IX. The speech therapy coverage provided herein is subject to the Limitations described in Part X.

Child Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate Treatment.
