Common use of Child Restraints Clause in Contracts

Child Restraints. You acknowledge and agree that Xxxxxx gives no warranty as to the appropriateness, correctness or adequacy of any child restraints fitted in the Vehicle and that You accept entire responsibility as to the fitting and suitability of any such restraints fitted. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL OR MOST US STATES REQUIRE TRANSPORTION OF CHILDREN IN A MOTOR VEHICLE TO BE CONDUCTED USING A CHILD PASSENGER RESTRAINT SYSTEM. YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE STATE CHILD RESTRAINT LAWS. IN ADDITION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT All OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICAL ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A SAFETY BELT AT ALL TIMES WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION.
