Child Study Team. Newly hired child study team members will be employed as eleven-month employees and be paid at the rate of 110%. Employees hired before 7/1/99 will have the option of selecting eleven-month contracts.
Child Study Team. Nurses shall be included on child study teams in all cases involving school medical records and history. Nurses shall be made aware of any pertinent conclusion of such teams, which may involve the nurse’s services.
Child Study Team. If it becomes necessary for Child Study Team Learning Disabilities Specialists and/or School Social Workers to be utilized to reduce case loads, it will be done only on a volunteer basis and compensation will be at the rate of $189.50 in 2011-2012, $189.50 in 2012-2013, and $189.50 in 2014-2015 per case.
Child Study Team. The Child Study Team members shall work a maximum of six (6) days over the teacher work year between September 1 and June 30.
M. 1. All available teaching and counseling positions paying an equal salary or a salary differential and/or positions on the administrative-supervisory levels of responsibility in day or evening schools shall be made known to the teachers and the Association by the Superintendent as soon as the position becomes available by posting the position for ten (10) school days. All teachers shall have the opportunity to initial the posting. For extraordinary circumstances the Board may request a waiver of the ten (10) school days posting. A confirming facsimile shall be forwarded to the main office of each school, addressed to the Principal and the Association President. The Principal shall supply a copy to the Association Building Representative.
Child Study Team. 1. For a full month of employment during the summer the Child Study Team shall received 10% of their salary.
Child Study Team. Special Services meetings shall be scheduled to minimize the loss of class or preparation time. Elementary schools should use floating substitute teachers or the meetings before or after school. First, intermediate schools and the High School should use duty periods or meetings before or after school. Second, they should use periods that are co-taught. Third, preparation periods should be used.
Child Study Team. The workweek is equal to that of the school in which the employee has a majority assignment exclusive of scheduled evening meetings and defined faculty meetings. The workweek includes a duty-free lunch equivalent in length to that of the applicable student lunch and reflects a departure at the student dismissal time on Fridays.
Child Study Team. Core curriculum teachers at grade levels Y5-3 who initiate a CST (Child Study Team or the equivalent) shall receive $25.00 per student for the first two (2) students so referred each school year.
Child Study Team. 1. All Child Study Team members shall work five (5) additional days at the end of the teacher school calendar. The rate of pay shall be the member’s per diem rate.
Child Study Team members who are required to attend court hearings or prepare for testimony during the summer recess shall be compensated at the rate of $275 per day.
