Child Supervisor Sample Clauses
The Child Supervisor clause designates an individual or entity responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and well-being of a child during specific activities or within certain environments. This clause typically outlines the supervisor's duties, such as monitoring the child's behavior, intervening when necessary, and maintaining appropriate standards of care. By clearly assigning supervisory responsibility, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about who is accountable for the child's welfare, thereby reducing the risk of harm and potential liability.
