Child Supervisor. ‌ A "Child Supervisor" is a competent person who is at least sixteen years of age; engaged by the Theatre for the purpose of care and supervision of the child performer(s); with an adequate knowledge (or training by the Theatre) of backstage etiquette, the Theatre’s policies and procedures, and the facilities available for the child performer(s); and who is not an Artist otherwise engaged in another capacity on the production.
