Common use of Child Support Payments Clause in Contracts

Child Support Payments. Under Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, relating to child support obligations, the Grantee and any other individual or business entity named in this agreement, contract or application is not ineligible to receive the specified agreement, loan, grant award or payment and acknowledges that this agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
