Children Under Age 22. So long as there is any living child of Trustor under the age of twenty two (22) years, the trust estate shall be treated as a single trust and the Trustee may from time to time distribute all or so much of the income or principal of the trust as the Trustee in its sole and absolute discretion deems appropriate for the health, support, maintenance, or education of any of Trustor’s children, or their descendants, and any income not so distributed shall be accumulated and added to principal annually. The Trustee shall not be obligated to maintain equality among the beneficiaries with respect to the distributions either of income or of principal.
