Common use of Choice of Exchange Clause in Contracts

Choice of Exchange. Unless the Client gives GTJAF specific Instructions to the contrary, all Instructions given by the Client, which may be executed on more than one exchange, may be executed on such exchange(s) as GTJAF may, in its absolute discretion, determine.
