Choice of Law and Arbitration. 10.1 This Contract shall in every respect be interpreted and executed in compliance with current legislation applicable in the country in which the Executive Producer has its registered office headquarters. 10.2 In the case of any disputes arising, if the parties are unable to agree on a binding solution within 14 days through negotiation, the dispute may be brought to arbitration by either of the parties.
