Common use of Choice of Law and Attornment Clause in Contracts

Choice of Law and Attornment. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The Parties agree that the courts of the Province of Quebec, district of Montreal, will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to determine all disputes and claims arising between the Parties.
