Choice of Law and Attornment. (a) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. (b) The parties agree that the courts of the Province of British Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine all disputes and claims arising between the parties.
