Choice of Law and Attornment. The parties further agree to be bound by the laws of the State of Washington, but are hereby deemed to have submitted to the said jurisdiction of the American Arbitration Association in Seattle, Washington, by this reference thereto, which shall apply the laws of the State of Washington in the interpretation of this Agreement.
