Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution. 6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by Croatian law, and shall be construed and take effect in accordance with Croatian law. 6.2. All disputes arising from this Agreement or in connection with this Agreement, including disputes concerning its validity, conclusion or termination, shall be resolved as stipulated in the Trading Rules.
