Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Netherlands. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules. Any such arbitration shall take place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and in the English language.
