Instructions for Processing. Workday shall Process Personal Data in accordance with Customer’s documented instructions. Customer instructs Workday to Process Personal Data to provide the Covered Service in accordance with the Agreement (including this DPE) and as further specified via Customer’s use of the Covered Service. Workday will comply with additional written instructions issued by Customer if they are consistent with the terms and scope of the Agreement.

Customer may provide additional instructions to Peoplelogic to process Customer Personal Data, provided that Peoplelogic shall be obligated to perform such additional instructions only if they are consistent with the terms and scope of the Service and this Addendum. Peoplelogic may also process Customer Personal Data to: (a) manage its billing and accounting functions for Customer; (b) enforce its Terms; (c) enhance and test its products and services; (d) support and maintain its Service; and (e) to deal with a legal process or law, or respond to a subpoena, court order, or government request for information. Unless prohibited by applicable law or a legally-binding request of law enforcement, Peoplelogic will promptly notify Customer of any request or demand by a government agency or law enforcement authority for access to or copy of Customer Personal Data.

This DPA and the Agreement are Customer’s complete and final documented instructions at the time of signature of the Agreement to Xxxxxxx.xx for the Processing of Personal Data. Any additional or alternate instructions must be agreed upon separately. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer’s instructions for the Processing of Personal Data shall comply with Data Protection Laws.

Client hereby instructs Stova to Process Personal Data as necessary to provide the Services in accordance with the Agreement (including this DPA). Client may provide additional Instructions to Stova to Process Personal Data, however Stova shall be obligated to perform such additional Instructions only if they are consistent with the terms and scope of the Agreement and this DPA.
