Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution. The employment relationship between the Executive and the Company is regulated by Norwegian law, and the present Agreement shall be interpreted, governed, enforced and litigated in accordance with the laws of Norway. The ordinary courts of Norway shall settle all disputes that the Parties cannot settle amicably.
