Common use of Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution Clause in Contracts

Any disputes relating to this Settlement Agreement shall be governed by Minnesota law without regard to conflicts of law provisions, and with the exception of any dispute regarding the provisions of Paragraph 15 or 16, any and all disputes regarding this Settlement Agreement will be mediated with Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, with the cost of the mediation shared equally, prior to any Party seeking Court involvement.
