Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution. This Order shall be interpreted and governed by the domestic laws of the United Arab Emirates to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on contracts for the International Sale of Products. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to look into disputes arising out or in connection to this Order.
