Choice of Law and Jurisdiction. 16.1 All agreements between the Client and the Contractor are subject exclusively to the law of the Netherlands. 16.2 Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by the parties, any disputes associated with Agreements between the Client and the Contractor shall be submitted to the competent court in the location where the Contractor is established. 16.3 Contrary to the previous paragraph, the Client and the Contractor may select another method of dispute resolution.
