Notification of Transfer. All certified personnel to be transferred to another school shall receive written notification from the District Office by June 30 of each year. Any teacher to be transferred after June 30 shall be notified in writing within five (5) working days of the decision.
Notification of Transfer. (a) Prior to any transfer, the affected employee(s) shall receive a notification of transfer consistent with Section 22.2 of the collective bargaining agreement as to the reason for transfer.
(b) Employees shall be given a thirty (30) day notice prior to a transfer taking effect. However, such notice shall not be required in the event of a demonstrated operational need.
(c) An employee who alleges a transfer imposes a hardship may submit documentation of the hardship and request a temporary delay of the transfer. For the purpose of this Article, "hardship" is defined as:
Notification of Transfer. 2.1. The transfer of capacity rights-of-use under this Operational Procedure shall be carried out via the PRISMA Platform. The rules applicable to the transfer of use are described in the "General Terms and Conditions for Use of the PRISMA Capacity Platform" available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx-xxxxxxxx.xx.
2.2. SHIPPER shall communicate to ENI its EIC code to be used for performing the transfer in PRISMA Platform as per Annex A..
2.3. ENI shall execute the transfer to SHIPPER via PRISMA within 7 days before the Start Up Date specified in the Individual Contract.
2.4. SHIPPER shall accept the transaction without undue delay and in any case within 3 days from the execution of the transfer as per article 2.3. above.
Notification of Transfer. 15 A unit member who does not request a transfer may not be transferred until given 16 an opportunity (a written communication or a telephone call if the employee is not 17 available) for a meeting with the Superintendent to discuss the reasons for the 18 transfer.
19 12.4.2.1 Upon request of the employee, the reasons shall be given in writing.
20 12.4.2.2 The employee shall also be given an opportunity to be considered for 21 other vacancies which are available at the time of the impending 22 transfer.
Notification of Transfer. Any classified employee transferred (voluntarily or involuntarily) shall receive notice of the transfer in writing. The notice shall state the position the employee is being transferred from and the position the employee is being transferred to, as well as the hourly rate of pay in the new position.
Notification of Transfer. The District will provide two (2) weeks written notification of building to building, grade to grade, or subject to subject proposed changes in assignment for the next school year prior to the end of the current school year. Changes in the assignments may take place following the notification.
Notification of Transfer. Each unit member shall be given written notice not later than twelve (12) working days prior to a transfer. Such notice shall specify the work site to which the unit member will be transferred and their starting date.
Notification of Transfer. In cases where the Employer has decided to transfer an Internal Applicant to a Vacancy position, the Employer will notify the Internal Applicant and the Union of the effective date of the transfer. Such notice will be provided, in writing, within ten business days following the interview defined in Article 17.02.
Notification of Transfer. If a Partner Transfers or exchanges all or any portion of its Partnership Interest, it must notify the Partnership of such Transfer or exchange. Such notification must be in writing and must be given within fifteen (15) days after the Transfer or exchange. Such notification must include the names and addresses of the transferor and transferee, the taxpayer identification numbers of the transferor and the transferee, the date of the Transfer or exchange and any other information required by the Partnership.
Notification of Transfer. Whenever possible, teachers shall be notified of transfers/reassignments by August 1st. Any teacher involuntarily transferred after August 15th for the upcoming school year shall be paid one (1) additional day of classroom preparation at their daily rate of pay.
