Common use of Choice of Laws and Venue Clause in Contracts

Choice of Laws and Venue. This Contract is made and entered into in the State of Florida and shall be interpreted according to the laws of Florida, with venue in Broward County, Florida. The parties mutually agree that the language and all parts of this Contract shall in all cases be construed as a whole according to its fair meaning, and not strictly for or against any of the parties. This Charter shall be interpreted and construed according to the laws of the State of Florida. The School shall adhere to any additional requirements applicable to charter schools under state law or as mandated by the FDOE or any other agencies regulating the School.
