Scope of Project i. The work to be performed under the terms of this Agreement for the Rapid City Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process will be conducted in accordance with the CY 2023 Unified Planning Work Program incorporated in this Agreement by reference as Attachment D.
ii. The Sub-Recipient’s Responsibilities:
Scope of Project a. In accordance with the requirements of the HHAP statute (New York Social Services Law, Title 1, Article 2A), and the Regulations (Title 18, Official Compilation of the Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York, Part 800) and procedures established by the Corporation for the administration of HHAP, the Sponsor shall establish and operate, at «StreetNum» «StreetName» «StreetSufx» «AddressAdditional», «Municipality» in the County of «CountyCode», State of New York (hereinafter the "Project Premises"), a Project to provide housing for homeless people.
b. In establishing and operating the Project the Sponsor shall expend funds and otherwise perform under this Agreement as set forth herein and as more particularly described in Appendix B, which is annexed hereto and incorporated herein, and in those documents expressly incorporated by reference by the terms of this Agreement.
c. All Project activity shall conform to the description thereof in this Agreement. Any substantive change in the approved Project shall be carried out by amendment of this Agreement, and shall be in the sole discretion of the Corporation, upon written application of the Sponsor.
d. If the Project, as described in this Agreement, requires the regulatory approval of a State agency the Sponsor shall obtain and maintain throughout the term of this Agreement such approval and shall operate the Project and the Project Premises in compliance with the applicable law and such agency's regulations and directives.
e. The Sponsor shall perform its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and any directive issued to it by the Corporation through the Project Officer, designated pursuant to Section 21 of this Agreement, which the Corporation may reasonably deem necessary to insure the Sponsor's compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

d. What specific data fields and elements are to be queried/linked?
e. When will the Data Recipient destroy or return the Resultant Data?
Scope of Project. The parties agree and intend that the scope of the Project that is the subject of this Agreement shall consist of the following:
A. Provide professional services that will assist the CITY in the hiring of entry-level police officers.
Scope of Project. The purpose of this Contract is to set forth the terms and conditions of Developer’s participation in the CDBG-DR program. In strict conformance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Developer shall perform, or cause to be performed, the new construction, reconstruction, or rehabilitation of affordable multifamily housing developments as described in Attachment A (the “Project”). Developer shall conduct the Project in strict accordance with this Contract, including all Contract Documents listed in Section 1.02, below, and any Amendments or Technical Guidance Letters issued by the GLO.
Scope of Project. The scope of the Project subject to this Management Agreement shall be subject to the mutual approval of the parties. It is contemplated the scope of the Project will be substantially as described on the Scope of Project Description Sheet dated January 12, 2005, subject to such changes as may be necessary or appropriate taking into account competitive conditions, financing and other circumstances. The parties understand that market, Tribal-State Compact, governmental or other conditions may change and it may be necessary to expand or decrease the scope of the Project.
Scope of Project. The scope of this PROJECT is described in Attachment A, SCOPE OF SERVICES, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as part of this AMENDMENT.
Scope of Project. (either indicate the scope here within this Agreement or include the scope to the Agreement in ATTACHMENT A), and is hereafter referred to as “PROJECT.”
Scope of Project. The UNIVERSITY will undertake the project as described in Attachment A (the “PROJECT”). CLIENT will provide proprietary information (”CLIENT INFORMATION”) for use by UNIVERSITY in performance of the PROJECT.
Scope of Project. The purpose of this Contract is to set forth the terms and conditions of Subrecipient’s participation in the CDBG-DR program. In strict conformance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Subrecipient shall perform, or cause to be performed, the Programs listed in Attachment A, as applicable, in the City of Houston (the “Project”). Subrecipient shall conduct the Project in strict accordance with this Contract, including all Contract Documents listed in SECTION 1.02 below, and any Amendments, Revisions, or Technical Guidance Letters issued by the GLO. The aggregate use of CDBG-DR funds shall benefit low- and moderate- income families in a manner that ensures that at least 70 percent of the Subaward is expended for Activities that benefit such persons, unless another percentage is permitted by HUD in a published waiver as specified in the Federal Registers.
