Choice of Laws; Cumulative Rights. This Escrow Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Texas, without giving effect to the principles thereof relating to conflicts of law. All of Escrow Agent’s rights hereunder are cumulative of any other rights it may have at law, in equity or otherwise. The Parties and Escrow Agent agree that the forum for resolution of any dispute arising under this Escrow Agreement shall be in a court in Xxxxxx County, Texas.
