Laws of the State of New York. The Contractor shall comply with all of the requirements set forth in Exhibit C hereto.

Laws of the State of New York. This Contract shall be governed by the Laws of the State of New York.

Laws of the State of New York. The Participant shall comply with the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts set forth below:

Laws of the State of New York. The Grant Recipient shall comply with all of the requirements set forth in Exhibit C hereto.

Laws of the State of New York. This Agreement is being delivered in the State of New York and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the State of New York, irrespective of the state of Incorporation of the Company and the place or domicile of the CEO.

Laws References to any statute or regulation are to be construed as including all statutory and regulatory provisions related thereto or consolidating, amending, replacing, supplementing or interpreting the statute or regulation.
Choice of Law; Venue This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue and jurisdiction of any suit or cause of action arising under or in connection with the Agreement shall lie exclusively in Xxxxxx County, Texas. Disputes between END USER and Contractor are to be resolved in accordance with the law and venue rules of the state of purchase. Contractor shall immediately notify H-GAC of such disputes.
