Manner of Service. The Borrower irrevocably consents to the service of process out of the Courts of Primary Jurisdiction in accordance with the local rules of civil procedure or by mailing a copy thereof, by registered mail, postage prepaid to the Borrower at the address of the Borrower, or by sending a copy thereof by facsimile or e-mail in PDF format to the Borrower at the facsimile number or e-mail address of the Borrower determined under Section 12.8.
Manner of Service. A notice must be served by:
(a) leaving it at the Recipient’s address;
(b) sending it by ordinary pre-paid post (airmail if being sent from or to a place outside of Australia) to the Recipient’s address; or
(c) sending it by facsimile to the facsimile number of the Recipient.
Manner of Service. All notices, demands or requests from one party to another shall be personally delivered or sent by mail, certified or registered, postage prepaid, to the address stated in this Article.
Manner of Service. Subject to Clause 19.5, any Communication given in connection with this Agreement must be:
(a) delivered by hand;
(b) sent by prepaid post;
(c) sent by facsimile; or
(d) sent by such other electronic media as the Parties may agree.

All notices, demands or requests from one party to another shall be in writing and may be (i) by personal delivery with notice effective on the date of personal delivery, (ii) by nationally recognized overnight courier offering guaranteed delivery, such as Federal Express, DHL, or Express Mail, in which case service shall be effective on the business day of guaranteed delivery, (iii) by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, to the addresses specified in the Basic Lease Provisions, in which case service shall be effective on the second business day after mailing. Notices to Tenant shall be deemed sufficiently given if delivered as described in this Section to Tenant at address specified in Section 14 of Basic Lease Provisions.
Manner of Service. Any notice or other communication (a "COMMUNICATION") which any Party may desire to give or deliver in connection with this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be delivered by hand or sent by fax or email to the addressee at its address or fax number or email address and marked for the attention of the person set out in Article 22.
Manner of Service. 17.1.1 Any notice or other communication given or made under this Agreement (including a request for consent pursuant to Clause 4.1) shall be in writing and may be delivered to the relevant party or sent by first class prepaid letter to the address of that party specified in this Agreement (and in addition, in the case of the Pension Scheme Trustees, with a copy sent to the PPF) or such other address in England as may be notified hereunder by that party from time to time for this purpose and shall be effectual notwithstanding any change of address not so notified.

Manner of Service. CONTRACTOR shall provide a complete sweep of all Curb 7 responsible for sweeping all curbs including median islands and the corners from any cross 8 street intersecting the subject street. CONTRACTOR shall obey all laws governing the operation 9 of the sweepers on a public street, and shall perform its operations so that sweepers are 10 traversing their routes in the normal direction of traffic.
