  • Our Liability for Failing to Make Transfers If we do not complete a transaction to or from the Card on time or in the correct amount according to our Agreement with you, we may be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be liable, for instance:

  • Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion - Lower Tier Covered Transactions (a) The prospective lower tier participant certifies, by submission of this proposal, that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any federal department or agency.

  • Leave Without Pay for the Care and Nurturing of Pre-School Age Children Subject to operational requirements, an employee shall be granted leave without pay for the personal care and nurturing of the employee's pre-school age children in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Interested Party for the purpose of filing a dispute relating to a solicitation, as used in this section, means an actual or prospective bidder or offeror whose direct economic interest would be affected by the award of a Contract or by the failure to award a Contract.

In Case of Errors or Questions About Your Electronic Transfers. Telephone us at (000) 000-0000, or write us at R BANK,0000 X Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 as soon as you can, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt. We must hear from you no later than sixty days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. * Tell us your name and account number (if any). * Describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information. * Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error. * If you tell us orally, we may request that you send us your complaint or question in writing within ten (10) business days. We will determine whether an error occurred within ten (10) business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we decide to do this, we will credit your account within ten business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within ten (10) business days, we may not credit your account. If a notice of error involves an electronic fund transfer that occurred within thirty (30) days after the first deposit to the account was made, the error involves a new account. For errors involving new accounts, point ofsale debit card transactions, or foreign-initiated transactions, we may take up to ninety (90) days to investigate your complaint or question. For new accounts, we may take up to twenty (20) business days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error. We will tell you the results within three (3) business days after completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.

  • CALCULATIONS TO BE MADE BY THIRD PARTY All calculations under this Agreement shall be made annually by an independent third party (the “Third Party”) selected and appointed each year by the District, subject to approval by Applicant in writing, which approval shall not unreasonably be withheld.

  • Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion First Tier Participants:

  • Suspension/Termination of account If your right to use the card is suspended or your card account is terminated, we may at our option and without prejudice to any of our rights and remedies, stop paying the said instalments for you, or bill the aggregate sum of the remaining instalments to you forthwith.

  • Withdrawal of Property from Market or Termination of Discussions Potential Investor acknowledges that the Property has been offered for sale subject to withdrawal of the Property from the market at any time or rejection of any offer because of the terms thereof, or for any other reason whatsoever, without notice, as well as the termination of discussions with any party at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

  • DEBARMENT, SUSPENSION, INELIGIBILITY AND VOLUNTARY EXCLUSION By executing this contract the firm affirms that it is in compliance with the requirements of 2 C.F.R. Part 180 and that neither it, its principals, nor its subcontractors are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any Federal department or agency.
