Landscape Waste Sample Clauses

The Landscape Waste clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for handling, disposing of, or recycling waste materials generated during landscaping activities. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for removing debris such as soil, plant trimmings, and construction materials, and may outline acceptable disposal methods or compliance with local regulations. Its core function is to ensure that landscape waste is managed properly, preventing disputes over cleanup duties and promoting environmental compliance.
Landscape Waste. The Contractor shall collect, transport, and dispose of Landscape Waste in accordance with the following:

Landscape Waste. Collection, transportation and disposal of Landscape Waste as more particularly described Section 4.2 of this Agreement. The Contractor will also be responsible for cleaning up material that has spilled as a result of the collection process.

Landscape Waste. Landscape Waste is the same as "Yardwaste" as defined in Section 7-9-1-B-18 of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Estates Municipal Code and "Yardwaste" shall mean waste material from indoor or outdoor vegetation and landscape areas of Residential Dwelling Units, including leaves, grass, branches and plant materials.

Landscape Waste. Refuse Stickers - $2.85 per sticker (fixed price for Term of the Contract.) The Contactor will introduce a yard waste/refuse sticker used for seasonal yard waste or extra refuse outside the cart if the 35-gallon or 64-gallon refuse program is selected by the Residential Unit. The cost of the sticker will not increase or be subject to annual price increases during the life of the contract.
Landscape Waste i) All Landscape Waste shall be disposed of in a lawful manner, either: (A) at a properly permitted landscape waste composting facilities, at which Landscape Waste is treated, composted, ground, or land-applied; or (B) via land application at legal agronomic rates. ii) Not less than 60 days prior to the date on which the Contractor commences disposal of Landscape Waste at a particular location, the Contractor shall notify the City in writing of the designation of such location. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City reserves the right to reject any proposed location, or to direct the location of disposal to an alternate Landscape Waste facility. iii) No Landscape Waste may be disposed of at a landfill or solid waste incinerator, unless otherwise authorized by the Illinois Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/1 et seq.) and approved in advance and in writing by the City.
