Common use of Citizens’ Right to Termination for Deficiencies Clause in Contracts

Citizens’ Right to Termination for Deficiencies. Citizens shall have the right, at its sole election, to immediately terminate the Agreement, in whole or in part, if Citizens reasonably determines that Vendor has failed to meet its obligations under this Subsection.
