Account Name The Grant will be paid in instalments by the Commonwealth in accordance with the agreed Milestones, and compliance by the Grantee with its obligations under this Agreement.
General Administration 13.1 The Managers shall handle and settle all claims arising out of the Management Services hereunder and keep the Owners informed regarding any incident of which the Managers become aware which gives or may give rise to claims or disputes involving third parties.
Department Head A. Within ten (10) business days from his/her receipt of the decision resulting from the previous level, the employee may appeal to the Department Head using the original copy of the grievance.
Department Heads 14.5.1 Appointments to the position of Department Head shall follow the procedures set out in Article 21: Administration of Academic Sub-units.
Agency Head or Designee If the grievance is not resolved at Step 1, the Association may move it to Step 2 by filing the written grievance with the agency head, with a copy to the Human Resources Office, within fifteen (15) days of the Association’s receipt of the Step 1 decision.
