City Advertisements. The Team Owner shall cause all printed game programs sold at Home Games and, subject to the Hockey Rules, at All-Star Games to include a one-page advertisement acknowledging the City’s role in providing facilities for the Team and promoting attributes of the City. No advertisement permitted by this Section shall increase the cost of producing the program in which the advertisement is to appear (other than by adding a page to the program). The text and design for each such advertisement shall be prepared by the City, at the City’s expense, and shall be provided to the Team Owner with sufficient lead time to allow the Team Owner a commercially reasonable time to arrange for the inclusion of such advertisement in such program.
