ADVERTISING AND MEDIA. 7.1 The Hirer shall not publish nor make available any promotional materials or merchandise, programmes, tickets or any other documentation relating to the event without obtaining the University’s express permission as to the suitability and acceptability of such material to the University, such permission will not be unreasonably withheld. Furthermore, the Hirer shall not use name of the University nor the University logo on any publicity materials without the prior express written permission of the University.

ADVERTISING AND MEDIA. Agent shall not use the name of the Company or any of the Company's trademarks, trade names, logos, designations or copyrights in any advertising, public relations or media release without the prior written consent of the Company.

ADVERTISING AND MEDIA. Accommodation Services is responsible for overseeing the development, placement and approval of all internal advertising for use within the residential precinct. All internal advertising must be approved by Accommodation Services before it is put to use anywhere within the residential precinct. City shall place news release in local newspapers of record, provide news release to community papers, provide to audio news outlets (as available), city newsletters, community calendars or similar publications in smaller markets in the Project area 3 weeks prior to Joint TAC and PAC Meeting #4. City shall post advertisements on their social media accounts.

  • Advertising and Marketing Except in so far as herein expressly provided, the Service Provider shall not make or issue any formal or informal announcement (with the exception of Stock Exchange announcements), advertisement or statement to the media in connection with this Agreement or otherwise disclose the existence of this Agreement or the subject matter thereof to any other person without the prior written consent of SARS.

ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER.   • Advertising and Promotional Materials The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor shall have the right to use drawings, photographs, videos or other depictions of the interior and/or exterior of the Dwelling and/or the Subdivision or any components or features thereof in any promotional or advertising materials without notice to or consent from the Purchaser being required in any manner whatsoever.
