The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that the City shall act as the agent for the benefit of the DSA in connection with all approvals and consents that Development Manager may request from the DSA. Development Manager shall be permitted to rely on all such approvals and consents given by the City whenever this Agreement contemplates an approval or consent from the DSA.
