Customer Contact. During the delivery phase of a Project Supplier may have direct communication with a Customer, limited solely to those communications necessary to affect provision of Services and/or Deliverables.

Customer Contact. 55.1.1 Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, BA shall be the single and sole point of contact for all BA Customers with regard to services and products (including, but not limited to, resold AT&T Offered Services) provided, or to be provided, by BA to BA’s Customers.

Customer will provide Motorola with designated points of contact (list of names and phone numbers) that will be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and an escalation procedure to enable Customer’s personnel to maintain contact, as needed, with Motorola.
Customer Contact. You authorize Bank and Processor to contact your customers or their card issuing bank if they determine that such contact is necessary to find out information about any Card transaction between You and the customer.

Customer will provide Philips such delegate’s name, title, phone number, and e-mail address.
Customer Contact. 44.1.1 Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, AT&T shall be the single and sole point of contact for all AT&T Customers with regard to services and products (including, but not limited to, resold BA Offered Services) provided, or to be provided, by AT&T to AT&T’s Customers.
44.1.2 Without in any way limiting Section 44.1.1, AT&T shall be the single and sole point of contact for AT&T’s Customers: (a) to request information about or provision of services (including, but not limited to, resold BA Offered Services) which they wish to purchase from AT&T; (b) to change, terminate, or request information about, assistance in using, or repair or maintenance of, services (including, but not limited to, resold BA Offered Services) which they have purchased from AT&T; (c) to make inquiries concerning AT&T’s bills, and charges for AT&T’s services (including, but not limited to, resold BA Offered Services); and, (d) if the AT&T Customers receive dial tone line service from AT&T, to report and request assistance with regard to annoyance calls.
44.1.3 AT&T shall establish telephone numbers at which AT&T’s Customers may communicate with AT&T and shall make reasonable efforts to advise AT&T’s Customers who may wish to communicate with AT&T of these telephone numbers.
Customer Contact. The Customer Contact must be identified in writing to Sun within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date. The Customer Contact must be located at Customer Site. Customer must notify Sun’s Licensee Support Engineer in writing whenever the Customer Contact changes. Sun will not be responsible for any delays or damages resulting from Customer’s failure to notify Sun of a change in its Customer Contact.
