City Executive Sponsor. ‌ • Provides clear direction for the Project and how the Project applies to the organization’s overall strategy. • Champions the Project at the executive level to secure buy-in. • Authorizes required Project resources. • Resolves all decisions and/or issues not resolved at the City steering committee level as part of the escalation process. • Actively participates in organizational change communications.
