Common use of CITY FUNDING SOURCES Clause in Contracts

CITY FUNDING SOURCES. The parties agree that for the purposes of defining the sources of City funding for all past and future years, the sources included those funds (1) payable by annual appropriation ordinances, (2) received from county court fines and forfeitures, (3) provided by the Member Contribution Rate, (4) provided by the Chapter Funds as otherwise described in this agreement, and (5) available and applied from the City Budget Stabilization Account and (6) State of Florida revenue sharing money to the extent needed to complete the City’s obligations for unpaid contributions in any given year. Each source shall be separately identified.
