City of Berkeley Assessments. Tenant also shall be responsible for and shall pay prior to delinquency all assessments imposed against the Property and/or the Property by Landlord. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord has established certain assessment districts within the City of Berkeley and that all properties within the assessment districts are subject to annual assessments. Landlord reserves the right to create additional districts and to terminate any such district(s). Landlord shall provide Tenant with written notice of each such assessment not later than sixty (60) days before such assessment is due and payable.
