City of Raleigh and State of North Carolina Approval of Utility Plans. Sanitary sewer lines and water distribution infrastructure to serve the Project shall be constructed at Developer's sole expense in accordance with plans approved by the State of North Carolina, City of Raleigh and Town. Town shall facilitate any discussions required with the City of Raleigh or State of North Carolina with respect to the Sewer and Water Infrastructure.
