CITY OF XXX ARBOR TRUTH IN RENTING STATEMENT. By execution of this lease, you acknowledge receipt of "Rights and Duties of Tenants", a booklet provided by the City of Xxx Arbor and Section 8:529 of the City of Xxx Arbor Housing Code. "Some things your landlord writes in the lease or says to you may not be correct representation of your rights." "Also you may have rights and duties not mentioned in your lease. Such rights may include rights to repairs, rights to withhold rent to get repairs done, and rights to join a tenants union or form our own union. Such duties may include the duty to pay rent and the duty not to cause a serious health hazard or damage beyond reasonable wear and tear." "Additionally some lease clauses may be subject to differing legal interpretations. If you think that a clause in your lease or something your landlord says to you is unfair, you may contact your own lawyer, legal aid society, or tenant's union lawyer for their opinions." This landlord has neither told you nor written anything in your lease that is known to be deceptive or a misrepresentation of your rights, however the statement contained in the outline above is required by City charter. YOUR SIGNATURE AND THE DELIVERY OF THIS LEASE TO US CONSTITUTES AN IRREVOCABLE OFFER TO LEASE. THIS LEASE IS NOT BINDING ON US UNTIL WE ACCEPT YOUR OFFER.   • Submission of Certified Payroll Transcripts for Public Works Contracts Only Contractors and Subcontractors on public works projects must submit monthly payroll transcripts to the Authorized User that has prepared or directs the preparation of the plans and specifications for a public works project, as set forth in the Bid Specifications. For Mini-Bid solicitations, the payroll records must be submitted to the entity preparing the agency Mini-Bid project specification. For “agency specific” Bids, the payroll records should be submitted to the entity issuing the purchase order. For all other OGS Centralized Contracts, such records should be submitted to the individual agency issuing the purchase order(s) for the work. Upon mutual agreement of the Contractor and the Authorized User, the form of submission may be submitted in a specified disk format acceptable to the Department of Labor provided: 1) the Contractor/Subcontractor retains the original records; and, (2) an original signed letter by a duly authorized individual of the Contractor or Subcontractor attesting to the truth and accuracy of the records accompanies the disk. This provision does not apply to Article 9 of the Labor Law building services contracts.

  • COMPTROLLER’S REPORT ON CHAPTER 313 AGREEMENTS During the term of this Agreement, both Parties shall provide the Comptroller with all information reasonably necessary for the Comptroller to assess performance under this Agreement for the purpose of issuing the Comptroller’s report, as required by Section 313.032 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.

  • Closing Statement (a) At least five (5) business days prior to the Closing Date, the Company shall submit to Buyer a written statement of estimated Current Assets and Current Liabilities as of the last day of the month immediately preceding the Closing Date (the "Estimated Closing Statement") containing the Company's good faith estimate of the Net Working Capital Amount (the "Estimated Net Working Capital Amount"), which shall reflect the items required to be set forth in, and be prepared in a manner consistent with the preparation of, the Closing Statement, in each case in accordance with Section 4.6(b); provided, however, that for purposes of the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount, the parties hereto agree that 50% of the amount of Fuel Sensor Damages (x) actually expended by Parent or the Company from March 1, 2011 through the last day of the month immediately preceding the Closing Date and (y) accrued as current liabilities on the Estimated Closing Statement, shall be added as a credit to the estimated Net Working Capital Amount set forth on the Estimated Closing Statement. Commencing with the Company's delivery of the Estimated Closing Statement to Buyer, Buyer shall have reasonable access to the books and records and personnel of the Company and the opportunity to consult with the Company for purposes of confirming or disputing the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount. If Buyer shall disagree, in good faith, with any item set forth in the Estimated Closing Statement or used to determine the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount, then Buyer and the Company shall work, in good faith, to reach agreement on such disputed items and the amounts as agreed to by Buyer and the Company shall constitute the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer's agreement with the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount (or any item set forth in the Estimated Closing Statement or used to determine the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount) shall not foreclose, prevent, limit or preclude any rights or remedy of Buyer set forth in this Agreement. If the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount is less than the Target Net Working Capital Amount, the amount of the Closing Payment to be paid by Buyer pursuant to Section 4.1(b)(i) shall be reduced by an amount equal to the difference between the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount and the Target Net Working Capital Amount. If the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount is more than the Target Net Working Capital Amount, the amount of the Closing Payment to be paid by Buyer pursuant to Section 4.1(b)(i) shall be increased by an amount equal to the difference between the Estimated Net Working Capital Amount and the Target Net Working Capital Amount.

  • State of Texas Franchise Tax By signature hereon, the bidder hereby certifies that he/she is not currently delinquent in the payment of any franchise taxes owed the State of Texas under Chapter 171, Tax Code.

  • Real Estate Taxes and Special Assessments The 2022 calendar year real estate taxes due and payable in 2023 shall be paid by Seller. Seller shall credit Buyer(s) at closing for said 2022 real estate taxes payable in 2023 based on the most recent ascertainable tax figures. Xxxxx is responsible for all subsequent real estate taxes.

  • Billing Statement The billing statement shall show the work authorization number for each work authorization included in the billing, the total amount earned to the date of submission, and the amount due and payable as of the date of the current billing statement for each work authorization. The billing statement shall indicate if the work has been completed or if the billing is for partial completion of the work. The fixed fee will be paid in proportion to the percentage of work completed per work authorizations.

The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.
