Common use of City Proposed Change Order Clause in Contracts

City Proposed Change Order. The City may at any time, by written order, and without notice to Contractor’s sureties, submit a Change Order to Contractor. Within ten (10) working days of receiving a proposed Change Order, Contractor shall submit to City a written cost estimate, which shall include any adjustments to the Project price, the Project Schedule, the Statement of Work, the Acceptance Criteria or any other obligations of Contractor, as applicable.
