Common use of City Rights to Change Clause in Contracts

City Rights to Change. The City reserves the right to order changes in the Services to be performed under this Contract by altering, adding to or deducting from the Scope of Work. All such changes shall be incorporated in amendments executed by the Contractor and the City. Such amendments shall specify the changes ordered and any necessary adjustment of compensation and completion time.
