Common use of City Termination of Agreement Clause in Contracts

City Termination of Agreement. 2501 Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9.5.E., if, upon the cessation of the Emergency Condition, the 2502 City Council determines that Contractor is not substantially able to perform its duties and obligations 2503 hereunder due to the effects of the Emergency Condition, the City Council may declare this Agreement 2504 terminated effective upon the date of the cessation of the Emergency Condition. In the event of such 2505 termination no rights shall accrue to Contractor under this Agreement from and after the date of 2506 termination.

City Termination of Agreement. 2501 3209 Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9.5.E.8.1.5., if, upon the cessation of the Emergency Condition, the 2502 3210 City Council determines that Contractor is not substantially able to perform its duties and obligations 2503 3211 hereunder due to the effects of the Emergency Condition, the City Council may declare this Agreement 2504 3212 terminated effective upon the date of the cessation of the Emergency Condition. In the event of such 2505 3213 termination no rights shall accrue to Contractor under this Agreement from and after the date of 2506 3214 termination.
