Common use of City Termination of Agreement Clause in Contracts

City Termination of Agreement. 2682 Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9.5.E., if, upon the cessation of the Emergency Condition, the 2683 City Council determines that Contractor is not substantially able to perform its duties and obligations 2684 hereunder due to the effects of the Emergency Condition, the City Council may declare this Agreement 2685 terminated effective upon the date of the cessation of the Emergency Condition. In the event of such 2686 termination no rights shall accrue to Contractor under this Agreement from and after the date of 2687 termination.

City Termination of Agreement. 2682 3209 Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9.5.E.8.1.5., if, upon the cessation of the Emergency Condition, the 2683 3210 City Council determines that Contractor is not substantially able to perform its duties and obligations 2684 3211 hereunder due to the effects of the Emergency Condition, the City Council may declare this Agreement 2685 3212 terminated effective upon the date of the cessation of the Emergency Condition. In the event of such 2686 3213 termination no rights shall accrue to Contractor under this Agreement from and after the date of 2687 3214 termination.
