Agreement Will Not Cause Breach. To the best of Contractor's knowledge, after reasonable investigation, neither the execution or delivery of this Agreement, nor the performance of this Agreement: (i) conflicts with, violates, or results in a breach of any applicable law; or (ii) conflicts with, violates, or results in a breach of any term or condition of any judgment, order or decree of any court, administrative agency, or other governmental authority, or any agreement or instrument to which Contractor or SBWMA is a party or by which Contractor or any of its properties or assets are bound, or constitutes a default thereunder.
Agreement Will Not Cause Breach. To the best of Contractor’s and City’s knowledge after reasonable investigation, the execution or delivery of this Agreement or the performance by either Party of their obligations hereunder does not conflict with, violate, or result in a breach: (i) of any Applicable Law; or, (ii) any term or condition of any judgment, order, or decree of any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority, or any agreement or instrument to which Contractor or City is a party or by which Contractor or any of its properties or assets are bound, or constitutes a default hereunder.
Agreement Will Not Cause Breach. To the best of FRANCHISEE's knowledge after reasonable 280 investigation, the execution or delivery of this Agreement or the performance by FRANCHISEE of its 281 obligations hereunder does not conflict with, violate, or result in a breach: (i) of any law or 282 governmental regulation applicable to FRANCHISEE; (ii) any term or condition of any judgment, 283 order, or decree of any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority; or, (iii) any 284 Agreement or instrument to which FRANCHISEE is a party or by which FRANCHISEE or any of its 285 properties or assets are bound, or constitute a default thereunder.

To the best of Contractor's and SBWMA's knowledge, after reasonable investigation, neither the execution or delivery of this Agreement, nor the performance of this Agreement: (i) conflicts with, violates, or results in a breach of any applicable law; or (ii) conflicts with, violates, or results in a breach of any term or condition of any judgment, order or decree of any court, administrative agency, or other governmental authority, or any agreement or instrument to which Contractor or SBWMA is a party or by which Contractor or SBWMA or any of its properties or assets are bound, or constitutes a default thereunder.

To the best of CONTRACTOR’S knowledge 36 after responsible investigation, the execution or delivery of this Agreement or the performance 37 by CONTRACTOR of its obligations hereunder does not conflict with, violate, or result in a 38 breach: (i) of any law or governmental regulation applicable to CONTRACTOR; or (ii) any term 39 or condition of any judgment, order, decree, of any court, administrative agency or other 1 governmental authority, or any Agreement or instrument to which CONTRACTOR is a party or 2 by which CONTRACTOR or any of its properties or assets are bound, or constitutes a default 3 thereunder.

To the best of the CONTRACTOR’s and the CITY’s knowledge after reasonable investigation, the execution or delivery of this Agreement or the performance by either Party of their respective obligations hereunder does not conflict with, violate, or result in a breach: (i) of any Applicable Law; or (ii) any term or condition of any judgment, order, or decree of any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority, or any agreement or instrument to which the CONTRACTOR or any other local governmental entity is a party or by which the CONTRACTOR or any of its properties or assets are bound, or constitutes a default hereunder.
Agreement Will Not Cause Breach. Neither the execution and delivery of, nor the consummation of the transactions contemplated by, this Agreement will result in any of the following:
