Common use of CITY’s Records Defined Clause in Contracts

CITY’s Records Defined. For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “CITY’s Records” shall include, without limitation, accounting records, payroll time sheets, cancelled payroll checks, W-2 forms, written policies and procedures, computer records, disks and software, and any other supporting documents that would substantiate, reconcile or refute any charges and/or expenditures related to the SRO services provided under this Agreement.
