CITY’S RESPONSIBILITIES. 7.1 Assist CONSULTANT by placing at its disposal all available information as may be requested in writing by the CONSULTANT and allow reasonable access to all pertinent information relating to the services to be performed by CONSULTANT. 7.2 Furnish to CONSULTANT, at the CONSULTANT’S written request, all available maps, plans, existing studies, reports and other data, in the CITY’s possession, pertinent to the services to be provided by CONSULTANT. 7.3 Arrange for access to and make all provisions for CONSULTANT to enter upon public property as required for CONSULTANT to perform services.
