City’s Right to Offer Employment to Contractor Employees. In the event of full or partial termination or expiration of this Contract, the City, or a designated contractor performing similar services under a subsequent TO, shall have the absolute right to offer employment to any Contractor employees placed with the City by the Contractor. The Contractor shall not enter into an arrangement, contractual or otherwise, with employees placed with the City which would prohibit the employee’s ability to accept an employment offer from the City.
