Civil Code § 1542. Each party and signatory to this Agreement hereby waives and relinquishes all rights and benefits they have or may have under section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California to the full extent that they may lawfully waive all such rights and benefits pertaining to the subject matter of this Mutual Release.
