CIVIL RIGHTS MONITORING AND REPORTING. The Contractor shall use the current version of Department approved civil rights reporting software on all contracts. The Contractor shall submit complete, accurate, electronic data to the Department for each month, not later than the 15th of the following month, using the Department approved civil rights reporting software. Data shall be current through the end of the last full payroll week for that month, or as otherwise approved by the Engineer to coordinate with contract payment submittals.
