Common use of Claim Assignment and Debt Transfer Clause in Contracts

Claim Assignment and Debt Transfer. The Guarantor may not assign its rights or transfer the debt under this Guarantee or otherwise dispose of any of its rights and (or) obligations under this Guarantee without the written consent of all Lenders.
