Claim Payment Information and Records. HEBP shall maintain current Records on all Participants and shall safeguard the confidentiality of any medical information contained in such Records, pursuant to SECTION VII CONFIDENTIALITY of this Agreement. HEBP shall maintain adequate Records of claims made and benefits paid in such form and format as may be determined by HEBP. Plan Administrator shall have rights in and access to such Records, subject to the terms of SECTION VI ACCESS TO INFORMATION and SECTION VII CONFIDENTIALITY of this Agreement and the Business Associate Agreement previously executed by HEBP and Member. HEBP will provide copies of individual claim information for a specific Participant as provided in the Business Associate Agreement. Upon receipt of a written request from the Plan Administrator, HEBP will provide the specified information in accordance with the terms of the Business Associate Agreement.
