CLAIMS AND PROVISIONS FOR ASSISTANCE. Claims regarding Assistance coverages will be done by phone with charge to the Insurer, subject to the presentation of the corresponding invoices. Claims regarding the rest of the covers will be made in writing using any of the physical or telematic channels of the Company.
