Luggage. 3.1. Tourist's luggage and other personal belongings are not considered as subject of this Agreement.
3.2. Rules of transport companies are applicable during sea, fluvial, land and air transportation. In this case, passenger ticket is the main document to fix contractual relationships between the Tourist and Transport Company. In the event of luggage loss or damage, tourist should immediately address Transport Company and provide ticket, luggage tag and corresponding written request.
Luggage. Guests travelling on Rocky Mountaineer are limited to two checked pieces of luggage per person. Total checked luggage weight per person is not to exceed 30 kg (66 lb.). Each piece of luggage must have an identification tag attached to it that includes name, return address, and telephone number. Oversized items, e.g., sports equipment, may be subject to a surcharge. All guests’ luggage will be delivered to their accommodations in Kamloops, Whistler and Quesnel. All guests travelling on Rocky Mountaineer should carry any valuables, medications, or necessary belongings with them onboard the train. Guests are prohibited from carrying weapons, firearms, ammunition, incendiary devices, explosive, flammable, hazardous, illegal, or radioactive materials or other potentially dangerous items. As operator of Rocky Mountaineer, GCRC has the right to search any guest’s luggage or personal effects for any such items and in its sole discretion may confiscate, store, destroy, or surrender to an appropriate authority any item that it reasonably considers is or may become dangerous, and to refuse boarding, or remove, any passenger who declines to cooperate in such a search or to surrender such an item. Money, jewelry, negotiable papers, cameras, video and electrical equipment, electronic devices, computers and accessories, cellular telephones, medical equipment, sporting goods, wheelchairs, personal mobility devices, walkers, and strollers are checked at the owner’s risk. GCRC is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to or by these articles and they are subject to GCRC’s Maximum Liability policy as described below.
Luggage. (i) Tour participants are entitled to one suitcase per person. Your suitcase must not exceed 76 x 53 x 28cms (30’’ x 21’’x 11’’) and must not weigh more than 23kg (50lbs).
(ii) Airline passengers should consult with their airline as size and weight restrictions may vary from airline to airline and also according to the class booked.
(iii) It is Your responsibility to ensure Your luggage complies with these requirements and You acknowledge that We, contracted carriers or Service Providers may elect not to carry overweight items.
(iv) You will be responsible for any excess baggage charges.
Luggage. Clothes and other items for personal use and hygiene necessary during the journey, stored inside the suitcase/s.

(iii) It is Your responsibility to ensure Your luggage complies with these requirements and You acknowledge that We, contracted carriers or Service Providers may elect not to carry overweight items.
(iv) You will be responsible for any excess baggage charges.
Luggage. If the flight attendant on duty is required to check her/his luggage, the Company will establish procedures for handling luggage.
Luggage. The Flight Attendant shall provide his or her own inflight bag, suitcase and garment bag. All luggage items shall be black in color and must comply with size limitations. A Flight Attendant is responsible for keeping his or her luggage clean and in good repair.
Luggage. Each passenger may bring onboard a reasonable amount of baggage. All luggage must be stored in the passengers’ stateroom. Pets, dangerous or illegal items such as weapons, explosives, combustible substances, non-prescription controlled substances, or illegal drugs may not be brought on board the ship. Any such items shall be surrendered to security at embarkation and may be disposed of at the sole discretion of [cruise line]. All luggage, hand- carried or checked, and your person are subject to security inspections that may involve physical search. Curbside porters are available at the pier during embarkation to take luggage to the vessel. Please be sure each piece of luggage is locked and has a tag listing your name, ship, and stateroom number. [cruise line] and USC assume no responsibility for carry-on luggage. Any luggage left at the pier will be forwarded at the passenger’s expense. Claims for luggage loss or damage must be made in writing to debarkation personnel prior to leaving the pier area.
Luggage. For all intents and purposes, and as concerns land transport, luggage and all other personal effects are assumed to remain with the user, regardless of where in the vehicle said luggage is located, and that it is transported at the user’s own risk. The organizing agency shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage involving the luggage during the trip for any reason, including its handling when transporting it to or from the hotel or airport. Users are recommended to be present during all luggage loading and unloading operations. As for the air, maritime or river transport of the luggage, the conditions of the carriers apply, with the passenger’s ticket being the sole binding contract between said carriers and the passenger. If luggage is lost or damaged, users should file the relevant claim with the Transport Company on the spot.
Luggage. We cover the costs of proceedings, notification and other settlement expenses. However, if you are convicted for an amount higher than the cover amount, each party will bear these costs proportionate to their respective shares in the conviction.
