Common use of Claims by Banks Clause in Contracts

Claims by Banks. A Bank intending to make a claim pursuant to Clause 11.4 (Tax indemnity) shall notify the Agent of the event by reason of which it is entitled to do so and shall provide the Agent with calculations in reasonable detail of amounts claimed by it, whereupon the Agent shall notify the Borrower thereof provided that nothing herein shall require such Bank to disclose any confidential information relating to the organisation of its affairs.

Claims by Banks. A Bank intending to make a claim pursuant to Clause 11.4 11.5 (Tax indemnity) shall notify the Agent of the event by reason of which it is entitled to do so and shall provide the Agent with calculations in reasonable detail of amounts claimed by it, whereupon the Agent shall notify the Borrower thereof provided that nothing herein shall require such Bank to disclose any confidential information relating to the organisation of its affairs.

Claims by Banks. A Bank intending to make a claim pursuant to Clause 11.4 14.2 (Tax indemnityIndemnity) shall notify the Agent of the event by reason or circumstance giving rise to the claim as soon as reasonably practicable after its relevant Facility Office has become aware of which it is entitled to do so and shall provide the Agent with calculations in reasonable detail of amounts claimed by itsuch event or circumstance, whereupon the Agent shall notify the Borrower thereof provided that nothing herein shall require such Bank to disclose any confidential information relating to the organisation of its affairsParent thereof.
